Didn’t get my code for the gate, and door until after, and charge you all those fees, but other than that a nice place to stay and clean

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the property clean and enjoyed your stay overall. The gate and door codes were sent the day before check-in, as part of our standard arrival instructions. All applicable property fees were charged as disclosed, while the additional platform fee you mentioned is charged directly by Vrbo, not by us. We appreciate your stay and hope you’ll consider us again for a future visit to Orlando.

It not only exceeded my expectations, but it also surpassed them in every way. To top it off, it's right in the center of all the parks! You can even watch the Disney fireworks right from the back porch. The kids and grandkids absolutely loved the free nightly show—it was such an unexpected bonus. The home was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and the entire booking and check-in process was simple and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and property for our family of 5. I was attending a convention at the Orange County Convention Center and it was a great location for that, as well as being a great spot for my family to hang out while not at the convention center. Only problem we had was issues with the wifi, but we weren’t there enough for it to be a serious issue. Would look at staying there again for any future trips to the area!
