The Guest Cottages are high raised beach homes with parking underneath, with the convenience of a full kitchen and washer/dryer inside! Choose between our multiple swimming pools or a beautiful oceanfront walk. Sleeping 8, this unit has 4 bedrooms which include 2 queen beds and 4 twin bed. Our recent update consisted of all new appliances, granite counter-tops, new sofas, and freshly painted walls. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes coffee maker, toaster, blender, a crock pot and plenty of pots and pans so that you can cook up a storm if you desire! There are many small details that will make your stay feel like home away from home!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to entire home as well as community pool.

The Neighborhood:
Less than a 5-minute drive to "restaurant row" of Myrtle Beach where you will find dozens of restaurants, all types of shopping including Tanger Outlets and live music venues.

Guest Interaction:
Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number.

Confirming Reservation:
After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation. A week prior to your stay we will send you a message with reservation number to give front desk and a reminder of check in location and instructions.

Other Things to Note:
-Must be 25 years of age to rent.
-NO PETS ALLOWED.
-NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED.
-No Motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.
-We provide the initial set up of towels, linens and amenities for your stay. A full set of pots, pans and dishes are provided for the room capacity. We recommend bringing pool/beach towels and any specialty cooking tools you may need.
-Unit is individually owned and managed by Beach Vacation Condos; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.
