With the beach right across the street, Precious Memories is a perfect place for any vacation or getaway. You'll have the entire house to yourself, including a beautiful sun porch, WiFi, and television. It's only a quick drive away from many local attractions, such as Barefoot Landing (6 min) and putt-putt (3 min). We have three security cameras outside the house for your safety: one on the back door covering the back yard, one over the front door covering the front yard, and on in an outside storage room covering the storage shed (which contains beach supplies for you to use). We're sure you'll be able to make some fun memories of your own at our house!

Great location and great sitting areas with a view!

First, Wes was very communicative and kept us updated throughout the process. The house is well located just across the street from the beach which made it easy for our elderly parents to walk to it. Its also conveniently located minutes from food and shopping. Of note, the house has 2 large bedrooms with full bathrooms downstairs which makes it easy for anyone with mobility issues. The upstairs bedrooms were comfortable. However, check out the house's layout because one of the bedrooms is little more than a sleeping space, but it worked fine for our purposes. My favorite spot was the lower level heated enclosed sitting area off the main room with its wide open view of the main drive. I would definitely consider returning and would hope for some updates in kitchen utensils and dinnerware. Overall, it was a great experience and I hope to return. Thanks again for your hospitality Wes!

Unhappy

The house overall was dirty. In the room that slept 3 there was dirty underwear under the bed and dust 2 inches thick. The oven was unclean and had a dish of seafood inside that was left by the previous occupants.. The single bed in the back bedroom overlooking the back yard mattress was hard and slanted to the wall and uncomfortable. The living room furniture was out dated and had a large piece of tape on the chair and the ottoman was missing a leg and would not sit up on its own it had to be leaned against the other furniture. Most of the blinds were broken. The front bedroom connected to the single room upstairs had not been swept or mopped and had a fake fingernail in the floor. Furniture on the front porch was broken. And one shelf and drawer in the refrigerator fell out when we opened the door. No one was completely happy with the house. The grass in the back yard had not been cut and the bricks in the back yard were slick and several people almost fell. There was also a problem with flies everyday.

Needs updating

The location was great but the house needs major repairs. The doors appear to be pushed open with little force. The windows won't open so no fresh air available unless you open the sliding glass door facing the street that need to be CLEANED. The pans had to be scrubbed out just to cook. They won't allow you to sit on rooftop an after seeing it in person I didn't want to anyway. The couple of good things about it was the size an location but it my fault for choosing it without more research.

Great little beach house

Older property that reminded me of beach house grandparents had. Clean, comfortable and literally across street from beach. 4 bedrooms used, all with bathrooms in the suite. Fridge was roomy (no ice maker, but ice trays). Had a great time.

Property was relatively clean. Refrigerator’s freezer didn’t work properly which caused us to lose some food and wasn’t too thrilled about that. Other than that it was great

Friend vacation

Had such an amazing experience with this property! The rooms are much bigger than they seem and were able to fit all 12 of us very comfortably. The location is perfect, the beach is such a close walk, which is so nice when you need to walk back to cool off or eat! Bars and restaurants aren’t a far drive either as well as shops. The property manager answers super quick and takes care of any issues you might have! Would highly recommended:)

Perfect Budget Beach House

This was a great place to stay with friends for a long holiday weekend! The home has a few quirks but it was overall clean and had a lot of space to spread out. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying here again. You can't beat the location without being right on the beach!

Family get together

There were 12 of us (brothers/sisters that stayed here the 3 nights and 4 days. It is a great location and convenient for dining, grocery shopping, and beach access. The house was split up in a way to give us all our privacy but also areas to come together and talk, laugh and cry! We had a couple of issues in which I addressed with the owner and he handled it very quickly and responsibly. I will definitely stay here again if I have a group in need of a place or we may make it a yearly thing for our family. Vicki
