This charming house, fondly known as The Front Office, was built in 1929 as business premises for Jones & Sandford Ltd, one of New Plymouth's oldest surviving timber/construction firms. Over the years, the owners have transformed it into a modern, urban industrial space while preserving aged features, creating a unique atmosphere.
The living area is expansive, featuring high ceilings and large doors that open to a beautifully manicured garden deck. Special touches throughout create a warm, relaxed feel, perfect for curling up with a good book. The chef's kitchen serves as the hub of the house, bringing everyone together in an outstanding space adorned with art that captures the ambience and sense of luxury.
