Hi Summer, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the issues you faced during your stay. Your concerns about the property's condition are important, and we will address them with our maintenance team for better upkeep. Regarding check-in and check-out times, while we strive to be flexible, back-to-back bookings can limit our ability to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to confirm flexibility with us by phone call as it seems your requests for an early check-in were not received by email or by text message. Our automated emails indicate check-in is at 3 PM unless otherwise arranged. As for the linen issue, the property provides quilt covers and mattress/pillow protectors, but sheets, towels, and other items are not included. We are transitioning to a full linen service but for the time being, we provide local linen hire contacts for guests who prefer not to bring their own. We believe this is a reasonable compromise until the service is fully implemented. We take our non-smoking policy seriously, and I apologize for the previous guests who disregarded our rules. Maintaining the property's integrity is a priority for us & this is why all of our rentals have a set of rules & regulations in place. While most guests respect the rules, there can be exceptions like the guest who was in before you. Thank you again for your feedback.
