- 3 spacious bedrooms which have night lamps, fans, quality sheets, blankets and pillows sufficient for a pleasant rest
- 3 full bathrooms, one in the master bedroom, one shared by the other two bedrooms and another full bathroom located on the ground floor. It has a modern kitchen and dining room to enjoy with your friends or family fully equipped.

Fully equipped house to receive up to 6 people comfortably, with everything you need to enjoy an excellent vacation in the company of friends or family.

* It is possible to check in the house early on the day of arrival and / or leave late on the day of check out, depending on the dates available in the calendar. It is just a matter of sending us a message to check availability.

*** IMPORTANT: There are internal rules of the property which must be read and signed upon receipt upon reservation and among the aspects mentioned are the following:
1. It is strictly prohibited to hold parties inside the house and / or the condominium.
2. To moderate the noise after 10 pm.
3. Do not obstruct the entrance of neighboring houses.
4. Refrain from damaging or misusing the house .
Failure to comply with any of the above points, as well as the other points indicated in the aforementioned internal regulations, will be the reason for a fine which could be at least $ 2,000 Mexican pesos, which will be paid through the bond established at the time of make the reservation.
