Our Tongariro Adventures Lodge is a sheltered sun trap, surrounded by bush and bird song, yet only 100 metres from the beautiful Kuratau beach of Lake Taupo. The Lodge has two double bedrooms + a third with 2 single bunks, able to accommodate up to 6 guests. Our Tongariro Adventures Lodge has a well designed open plan kitchen/dining/living space that opens onto a large covered deck, complete with overhead heating for extended summer entertaining. In winter the inside area is kept cozy and warm with an efficient log burner.

Linen: All bed linen and bath towels are freshly washed and dried through a process called thermal disinfectant, where the temperature reaches a level that will not allow the spores of the Covid-19 to survive. This process is approved by âAssure Quality,â the overseeing body of the food quality industry.
2. Sanitation of surfaces: In accordance with best practice as required by the Ministry of Health, all heavy use surfaces, including bathroom surfaces, power switches, door handles, table tops, cabinets are cleaned and sanitised by our trained staff.
3. Hand Sanitiser: Freely available to all guests during their stay. Tongariro Adventures supports the International protocol of self-care through correct hand washing to limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
