Lazy Gator was custom built by Gary Ulrich Construction and decorated by the interior design firm, Urban Grace Designs. The interior is exquisite with the first level as the main bedroom level, with a middle family room with a large sectional and cozy seating, and master bedrooms on both sides facing the beach.
There is also a lovely guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a kids bunk room with 4 single custom built-in bunk beds and a game room with a foose ball table. Each bedroom has their own private bathroom. On this level is a morning kitchen, equipped with sink, and mini refrigerator and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The elevator is accessible from ground floor to the top level. The stunning top floor is the main living space, with soaring vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and the most amazing views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The main living space comprises of an expansive living room with gas fireplace, huge 70? TV, two sofas, comfortable chairs, and open to the kitchen and dining rooms. The kitchen boasts gorgeous cabinets, quartz countertops, gas cooktop, professional range hood, stainless appliances, guest's pantry closet, long open island with 6 barstools and a separate dining room table which seats 12. On either side of the living room are 2 gorgeous master bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. Both levels have covered porches equipped with lots of cozy outdoor furniture, outdoor dining table and loungers. The pool area is stunning with an extra-large patio area, that is partially covered, with lots of cozy seating and loungers. The outdoor area also boasts an outdoor kitchen area with sink, mini fridge a separate charcoal park style grill. Just up the steps to the boardwalk is he unique outdoor hot/cold shower and foot wash. This amazing home offers an EV charging station for electric cars as well!
