Beds are firm.Could do with an air fryer as frypans don’t get treated well and make them hard to clean.Would be good if the provided consumables (dishwasher tablets, bin liners, toilet paper) reflected the length of stay and number of guests.

We will pass on your feed back to the owner regarding Air Fryer , there should have been a spare binbag, dishwash tablets and 1 roll of toilet paper on your arrival, We have contract cleaners that should supply these , thank you for letting us know we will look into this for future guests. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and the having the use of Kayaks etc and hope your time in Kalbarri was memorable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa had good layout 1 bedroom downstairs, 1 up on mezzanine level. Both had own bath rooms not ensuite. Was clean and seemed well maintained. Ray white office provided info for eating out .IGA is at top of street 2min walk , restaurants pubs about 10 min walk . small rear garden perhaps bbq could be bigger for cooking for 4 people. aircons all good. Outside furniture at front had big hole in it . Swimming pool good. Would stay again when in Kalbarri.

Great stay in Kalbarri

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found our accommodation a perfect location. Walking distance to IGA cafes, shops the beach and river. There were a few things that was disappointing. Our plates had not been cleaned and still had food on them. They had obviously been taken and put away from the dish washer and not checked. The outside chairs Two were broken the others very brittle and the Kat down chairs around the pool full of spider webs and rusty. For what we paid these things were disappointing. Things that are very easily fixed to make a stay as it should be.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Ocean Villa 3 is a lovely, clean unit located pretty central in Kalbarri. It is in a row of 3 units facing the road but is quite, light and airy. Everything is clean and tidy with plenty of items in the unit to make your stay comfortable. The Bed was comfortable and located in the quiet back area of the unit. The local IGA is just across the road which was fantastic. There is some traffic noise with cars parking adjacent but nothing too bad. The choice of tv apps to use on the tv is fantastic. Only (minimal) downside is the TV is located high on the wall and doesnt swivel making watching a little uncomfortable. Overall we would stay here again without a doubt.

Reviewer Comments: The first thing I look at when we go into a holiday rental is the kitchen. I was very unhappy to see the kitchen sink covered in what looked like dried spilt milk,also a gritty substance on the bench. My husband rang the office and complained, while the first thing I had to do was clean up the mess. Not good after a long drive.One of your staff rang me a little later and it would seem that the mess was left by a tradesman doing maintenance repair work. I appreciated the explanation but think a check needs to be made after any work is done.All other areas of the property were clean .

We do appologise, all of our properties are checked prior to arrivials, it just happened to be a last minute fix needed that our property managers did not get chance to check again.
