Winemakers House at De Iuliis
The Winemakers House at De Iuliis is the Hunter’s best kept secret. This contemporary, pet friendly, split level residence is ideal for groups of up to 7 guests and is located on Broke Road at the home of De Iuliis wines. Guests staying at the Winemakers House will not only enjoy this well-appointed house, they will be able to effortlessly wander just 30 metres from the accommodation to experience De Iuliis’ stunning, architecturally designed cellar door, premium wines and generous hospitality.
Contemporary and casual in style and design, this light filled house features 4 bedrooms comprising of one king room with en-suite, two king rooms, one king single room and 2.5 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have fans and the positioning of the house leaves it cool in summer and warm in winter, plus a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit on each level can be adjusted to manage your own comfort. With relaxation in mind, guest will enjoy lux bedding and all the comforts you would expect for a great stay in the Hunter Valley.
The entertaining level is open plan with a generous kitchen, dining and living space that opens out to a rear, enclosed courtyard which is the perfect suntrap to enjoy a casual BBQ with friends and family or sun yourself on the outdoor furniture. In the winter, guests can enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace or cosy up on the sofa and watch a movie on Foxtel. Dogs are very welcome to stay at De Iuliis; your four-legged family member will also have a happy time and can be secured in the dog enclosure which can be both accessed and viewed from Bedrooms One and Two.
We permit a maximum of 2 dogs at the property at any one time. A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
