MAIN LIVING ZONE:

The relaxing open plan living/dining/kitchen, looks out to peaceful outdoor BBQ, patio, lounge area and tennis court. The grounds allow you to reconnect with nature. Main living room has a large comfortable leather lounge suite and 50 inch internet TV with Netflix, Disney+.

Beach/rustic/wooden furnishings throughout. Large dining table seats 10, perfect for getting together with family or friends, timber floorboards, carpeted bedrooms and 2 comfortable separate living areas.

A wood fire place takes center stage of main living room; snuggle up watching a movie on Netflix/Disney as the cooler nights set in.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes quality appliances, dishwasher, wall oven, microwave, coffee machine, gas 4 element cook-top, Russell Hobbs Air Fry Crisp N Bake Toaster Oven, and all household utensils, kitchenware, cookware, pots, pans, dining settings etc, including melamine dining settings/crockery for use by pool.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING & RELAXING AREAS GALORE

RBO's expansive grounds of over 1,780sqms are fully fenced, including a separate gated swimming pool, perfect for a breakaway with friends or family. The landscaped native bushland surrounding RBO makes it feel like a private retreat.

The patio with french doors opening from the indoor dining area features outdoor lounge setting, large 6 Burner Hooded Matador BBQ Kitchen with wok burner, overlooking full size synthetic tennis court and the large gated solar heated pool where you can enjoy the sun with sun loungers, outdoor dining table and chairs and an shade umbrella provided and enjoy either a hot or cold shower outside. Enjoy the on-site, private bushland area with another separate art infused patio area and hammock.

LINEN
Quality linen including a variety of pillow types provided and included in cost to ensure ease and hygiene. A bath towel and a beach towel is provided per person, for use during your stay.

POOL
The solar heater in pool is turned on during Oct to April. It requires sun to be effective. The pool has a permanent cover during winter months while cold.

PRICING
Min night stays & pricing vary. Price includes accommodation, all linen, including a bathroom, pool towel for each guest & free wifi. For your ease, basic kitchen amenities like foil, baking paper, glad wrap, oil, seasonings, flour, sugar and all cleaning products etc are provided for guest use for stay duration.

If booked guests are unable to travel due to COVID restrictions and/or we’re unable to host, we offer and will provide change of dates, a credit note or refund.

Like in many properties in the area and hotels, a security camera is located outside, above the front door facing the street only, for guest & property security. We do not accept parties, functions, events or schoolie enquires & rent to families and mature groups. Functions are gatherings above the registered and approved guest number. If using the wood fireplace, please limit the amount of wood to 1 wood basket (provided as stocked) per 24 hour period. A surcharge applies if excessive wood is used during your stay.
