Location:
Positioned on the hill halfway to Frankton and Queenstown, the location is unbeatable. You're a short drive to the centre of Queenstown, Queenstown Airport, ski fields, and shopping in Frankton. At the bottom of the hill is a bus stop close by, and walking tracks that lead you to the lake or the Marina where you will find fantastic eateries.
Please note this property is in an area of new development so there may be construction noise.

Guests will be supplied arrival instructions 48 hours prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
As the home is located right in between Queenstown and Frankton you are short drive to everything you will need!
From supermarkets and shopping centres in Frankton/5 Mile to the town centre, activities and restaurants in Queenstown.
The location of this gorgeous home is tucked away on a quiet hillside - safe, sound, peaceful and secure.
Getting Around:
Bus stops are located all along Queenstown's main road (Frankton Road) which is situated at the bottom of the hill- a quick 10 minute walk away.
The property also has allocated off street parking and some on street parking space too.
Other Things to Note:
This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm – 8am.
As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.
All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am.
The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm – 7 am.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. Rebecca or Hunter will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.
The house has a pin code to access, which we will provide you before your stay, so you can self-check in if you wish.
