The largest 1 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom floor plan the Summit offers; sleeps up to 6. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Conness building and walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, 42 inch flat screen TV, DVD, stereo and wood stove. The master bedroom has a King bed with a TV/DVD and the loft has two sets of bunk beds. This unit offers WiFi internet access. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Dirty, Shabby, and Dangerous

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The upstairs bathtub has a slow leak. There is a major wooden weight bearing beam with a huge crack in it. We’re afraid it’s going to fall on us while we eat at the dining table. The blankets are thin, old, and too few. The popcorn ceiling is so dirty that it looks like we’re staying under an old canvas tent. The blinds have not been dusted or cleaned in a long time. It’s cold in here. I can’t believe we spent $2,000 on this place for the weekend.

Major Disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to say if you're going to rent out your condo and charge people unrealistic prices, could you at least replace the bedroom door that has a hole bunched in it? That was disgusting. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall when used, the walls were black with dirt.Very old, unkempt and run down. When I rent a place, I don't want to see personal pictures all over the place.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been staying in this complex for more than 20years. Summit #281 has seen better days. Carpet is sad. Heaters hardly work. Light fixtures in bathrooms are collapsing. At a minimum, carpet and paint would help. Its time to invest in this property.

Disappointed I never heard back from the office

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi! I recently stayed in Summit #281. Upon arriving, I noticed the lack of cleanliness of the apartment as well as a hole in the wall. I did not want to be charged so I left a message as instructed by the information forms sent prior to arrival. There was also an issue of the internet instructions being wrong, in that the internet was not identifiable as it was stated to be. I also called regarding this and was never called back. Lastly, the heating instructions did not apply as there was no degree setting throughout the apartment. The location was great, however the lack of communication was disheartening. Thanks!
