Comfort and convenience, this unit is located in Phase 1 of the Summit (Huntington building), just steps from Eagle Lodge with a beautiful view of the mountain! Nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium; sleeps up to 4 people. Enjoy a full, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, TV, WiFi, stereo, and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV, and the living room has a sofa sleeper and a ceiling fan. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"). Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Perfect!

This place was great. Immaculate condition, heated floors! We brought our thanksgiving dinner with us to cook and they had everything we needed for a full dinner. They even had marshmallow sticks to roast marshmallows in the fireplace. Will defitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful, comfortable mountain home. It's in a quiet and convenient location close to all events and dining places we visited. We would certainly stay in this condo again if we return to Mammoth. It was the perfect place for us.

Great location!

My husband and I loved this updated condo! It is just steps away from Eagle lodge. The appliances are new and the kitchen is well stocked. We would suggest directions for the heating system and tv/dvd player. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Really a great place to stay...

Me and my wife and one son travel to Mammoth frequently as we have the Ski-Bug. We have stayed in the Village, at the Westin and are always on the look for condos that are close enough to everything and aesthetically pleasing :). This place easily has been the best we've stayed at. It is cozy, clean, nice has good kitchenware, is walking distance to Eagle and a super-short drive to everything else you might need. We looked a ton of places on this site, and for a family of 3, nothing seemed to compare. We were nervous upon arrival as you never know what you're really going to get, but with this place, you're getting something great. We would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend , his friends and I came up for a quick trip to mammoth for Memorial Day to snowboard. The place was great! Full kitchen fully stocked, nice dining table and the guys said the pull out couch wasn’t too bad. Even though we weren’t in the condo much we would definitely stay again. It was so homey and clean, we made dinner one night and breakfast one morning. It’s close to everything . Only one thing that sucked was that the sauna and hot tub were not working. Other then that had a wonderful time

The apartment itself was spacious and clean--a covered parking garage, excellent shower/water pressure, and well-stocked kitchen amenities were appreciated. A mere 3 min walk to the charlift at Eagle Lodge made everything so easy. Only drawbacks were that the bathroom sink did not drain, one of the 3 thermostats was broken, and one of the 2 provided keys did not work. Regardless, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Beautiful condo but loud upstairs neighbors

The condo is lovely, updated and very well-equipped. It has everything you could possibly need. It's a very spacious corner unit with a comfortable bed. The problem is that it's on the ground floor and the unit above sleeps 8. It got very loud with a big group of twenty-something men having parties well past midnight each night above us. It would have been a great vacation but the parties put a big damper on our weekend. I would check who the renters are upstairs before renting this place. Other than that, it's a great unit.

Mammoth Lakes stay

This condo is very nice, whomever owns it takes good care of it nicely. It also has a lot of warm personal touches which most condos in Mammoth lack. The only issue we had was the check-in process. We were given the wrong keys which made the process a mess searching multiple units and buildings before we realized the keys could be wrong. The complex is large, the management company could do a better job providing visitors a map to your unit and the easiest way to bring your bags in. There are no elevators in this building either, so if you are schlepping multiple bags up stairs is can be tiring.

BEST CONDO IN THE BUILDING

The Conveniently located on the corner of the building made easy access. The only drawback was the parking garage. We couldn't fit our truck with the bike racks in but there was plenty of parking on the street and in front. However someone from the over zealous Association committee began putting hand written notes on cars warning them they would be towed away. This was puzzling as we there were no signs from the city, we were legally parked with part of the vehicle on the property where we were staying. This put a bit of a damper on our trip

Modern cabin

A wonderfully, professionally decorated and remodeled unit. Great large couches for lounging. Comfortable bed and nice pillows, no need to bring your own. Great kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, crockpot as well which is nice to use when you are out on the mountain skiing all day. It is a corner unit so there is a large picture window with a nice view, and lots of natural light. There is a warm floor system for the tile floors. a bonus since they are directly on top of the parking garage.There are a few things that were a bummer. The warm floor in the bathroom area was not working due to an error code in the control module. I tried correcting it after after looking up the error codes online, but no luck. Contacted the owner about it. The tile gets really cold and it wasn't even that cold on this stay. The window shades look really nice but do not darken the room. Lots of light filters through in the morning, forget about sleeping in. FYI, the parking space is a corner spot up against the wall. I have a full size truck and have figured out the tricks to get in an out of these spots, but if you have a large SUV and not used to this kind of parking you will not be happy and its difficult to load and unload out of.
