Thanks for the feedback Pearl. I would like to clarify a few of your issues. The screen door that you reported as broken was fully functional when the last guest checked out and the cleaner cleaned the house the morning you checked in as she went in and out it when she cleaned. The fan switch that you turned until it broke off was also not like that when the cleaner was there in the morning. When you locked yourself out of the bathroom it was because it is a privacy lock and if you lock the door for the inside of the bathroom and close it as with all privacy locks it will be locked. Privacy locks have a flat section in the lock so that if someone does do this (not sure why you would) then you can get something flat and open it. The BBQ you complained about being turned on and catching on fire is because you turned the gas on and shut the lid without making sure all the burners were on - you then left the gas on when you left the property which is what you complained about yourself and the cleaner had to turn it off when she got there. You complained about the house not being clean but then left the cleaner a note saying it was clean. I think in future if you don’t know how to operate something just ask instead of forcing things. We have now replaced the lock you broke on the door and have replace the switch in the lounge.
