Nestled among the trees of Meadowstone you will find this 3 bedroom comfortable private modern villa. Fully equipped kitchen, warm gas fire & space for your friends and family to spread out allows for a relaxing break away. Enjoy a BBQ on the sun drenched deck in your own private back yard or relax with a Central Otago Pinot Noir by the warm fire. The township of Wanaka & the Lake are located just minutes away but you may not want to leave the serenity and peacefulness of the villa.

This beautiful modern villa offers modern conveniences the with ambiance of yesteryear. Bring your partner and enjoy this comfortable space for a romantic break away or bring the whole family and enjoy hearing the kids laughing and playing in the yard. Your within walking distance of the main lakefront and the Wanaka township. Cafes, restaurants and activities all await you, we will look forward to welcoming you.

You will have access to the whole villa. The villa is nestled among other villas within a safe friendly complex. It is very private and offers off street parking, laundry, full modern kitchen, living & dining, 3 large bedrooms can accommodate 6 guests comfortably and a large deck allows you to enjoy a beautiful garden outdoor area which is fully enclosed and private.

I live locally so I am never too far away.

The villa is nestled among the tree filled suburb of Meadowstone among a small group of private villas with plenty of space between them. The access is easy and once you arrive the villa is very private & surrounded by beautiful gardens and space. You will be close to the township of Wanaka to access shopping, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and to hop aboard transport to adventure activities or bike hire - which is the perfect way to see Wanaka and the area. The famous Lake Wanaka is almost right on your doorstep where you can enjoy lake side walks, water activities, swimming or relaxing with a good book.

Wanaka does not have public transport except for taxi's. Hiring a car is encouraged or you can hire a bike to really see how beautiful the area is. Everything you need is within a very easy walking distance of the villa.

You must be 25 years or older to book this property.

The main bathroom does have a disability shower including a seat and same level access.
There is off street parking with a carport and room for a small/medium sized boat.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.

We had a lovely hassle-free stay at Meadowstone Executive Villa. It was the perfect house to rest, unwind and take in all the beauty od Wanaka. It was close enoigh to town and Lake Wanaka to walk, and there's plenty of interesting shops, wineries and experiences nearby to immerse ones self in.

Comms through the Bookabach platform did not work and required follow up emails to property management for key details. Otherwise, the premises was great, nice location.

Lovely stay in Wanaka

The residence location was wonderful.Our stay was very comfortable. Only recommendation is a barbeque grill rather than a griddle.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. It's exactly as shown in the listing, very comfortable and accessible, and super close to town and any/all things you'd want to do in the region. The logistics around accessing the property were very smooth and easy. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice place to stay. Close to centre and lake

Clean except for platter that had to be washed before using and pot had left-over egg that had to be scrubbed off before using. Nice to arrive to wall panel heaters switched on in bedrooms. Gas fire worked well if door to hallway was kept shut. Beds clean and comfortable. One electric blanket with a broken plug which was shoved sideways under the mattress. Replacement provided. E-blanket on other single bed had folds, bending the wires, which can be dangerous and was half way off the bed. We re-made that bed too, and put it on properly. Just as a suggestion, a multibox would be useful to make turning off/on at switch easier ie without pulling bed out from the wall. Couldn't get expelair working. Used microwave to scald cleaning cloth. It would be useful to have rubbish bin liners for kitchen bins. And some rinse aid for dish washer, as light came on for top up. Tablets for dish washer provided. Heaps of wine glasses and plenty of kitchen tools. Knives a bit blunt. Would be good to have some small dishes or bowls eg for hummus, pesto, olives etc and some containers with lids for fridge storage. I put rubbish bin out Sunday then found another instruction later, that outside bins lined with black bags were for cleaners to take care of. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Small suggestions to make it even better. Many thanks Jeanette
