Boikon Beach House - easy stroll to Blacksmiths Beach
Beautifully renovated home only 3 minutes walk from the sand at Blacksmiths Beach. Moments from Lake Macquarie, boat ramps, swimming spots, playgrounds, cafes, shops , golf, sailing and beach four-wheel driving.
Perfect for families wanting to stay by the beach while being conveniently close to all amenities.
Boikon Beach House has been thoughtfully designed for families. There are three bedrooms sleeping up to 7 guests. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, ensuite and Smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, while the third bedroom has a queen and a king single size bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for the comfort of guests. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning.
The large well equipped kitchen with gas cooking, coffee machine and dishwasher is situated in the middle of the house which is surrounded by a dining area featuring an eight seat dining table for entertaining. The main lounge has a smart TV and opens onto the back patio with BBQ/ outdoor kitchen area and outside dining area.
Another living area at the front of the house offers more seating, TV and access to WIFI. There is a washing machine in the laundry along with a third toilet and shower.
The gorgeous family bathroom has plenty of space with double vanity, large shower and toilet.
There is an outdoor shower in the backyard with side pedestrian access from the street
There is off street parking for two cars on the driveway and plenty of street parking. Please note the backyard and garage are not available for parking.
All bed and bathroom linen is provided for guests with the exception of beach towels, please remember to pack your own.
Guests must have government ID verified on their Airbnb profile before booking.
Sorry we do not accept party groups, schoolies and groups under 22 years old.
Guests will have access to the whole house. The garages and parking beyond the side gate are not accessible to guests.
Blacksmiths is located between the beach and Lake Macquarie, perfect for swimming, surfing, fishing, boating, bike riding/walking and water sports. Local swimming spots Grannys Pool, Naru and Pelican are perfect for small children while Blacksmiths Beach is patrolled over the summer months for safe beach swimming.
The northern end of Blacksmiths beach allows for four-wheel driving, you must obtain a permit which you can purchase online.
There are a number of boat ramps close by to access Swansea Channel and Lake Macquarie.
There is a children's playground 2 minutes walk from our front door.
Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are 3 minutes drive over the bridge in Swansea.
Please provide every guests name and phone number for contact tracing upon booking.
