Dirty

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and it has went downhill. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, microwave was gross, there were no trashbags and the coffee pot didn't work. Someone else said that it didn't work in a previous review so they were aware and chose not to replace it before our stay. We bought one at the store. We love the location and size of the house but may stay elsewhere in the future if things don't improve.

Very Roomy For 13 People

We came for the eclipse with 6 couples and one single. The house is very roomy and we all had room to spread out. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The kitchen table is huge and we fit 13 people with not problem. There were a few problems thought. The kitchen had the worst equipment I've ever run into. This was a problem since we were mainly cooking for ourselves. The pots and pans were worn out, the teflon was gone and some pans had been burned. There were no large skillets or spaghetti pots, not much in the way of serving bowls, and there weren't enough spoon and forks. We ended up buying a large stockpot and a bunch of forks and spoons. The manager helped us out with early check-in. The cleanliness was not great though, the counters and tables hadn't been wiped down. I would rent this house again though, it really was great for a large group.

WARNING!!! This Property is Awful and not as described!

Too much stuff to list all of it here. This home had major electrical issues. There were multiple lights and electrical outlets that did not work. The upstairs refrigerator and coffee pot did not work. In the upstairs master bathroom, the shower had mildew/mold on the bottom of it and the jacuzzi tub jets did not work properly either. While we were in the tub, the jets would come on for a few seconds then go off intermittently, without any buttons being pressed. One bathroom downstairs had a dead roach. The garage door would only open or close by using the outside keypad (no other way to enter the home). This house smelt of mildew. It was clear the property had not been cleaned. In the upstairs kitchen, there was pasta left in the sink, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty bathrooms, the carpets were stained, we were not comfortable walking around the home without shoes on. The deck off the upstairs bathroom was in terrible shape, the wood looked to be rotted. The patio downstairs had stagnant water that appeared to be there for some time. The upstairs living room walls had strips of drywall or plaster coming off in multiple areas. There were cords draped over the mantle and fireplace. The whole house was filthy and in bad condition. If my children would have been with me, we would have left immediately.

What a dump

One pan, 3 spoons. Two broken coffee makers. No Wi-Fi. No ice maker in either fridge. The entire second kitchen shown in the pictures doesn’t have a single thing in any of the cabinets. It is completely worthless. The list goes on and on but adjust your expectations from the pictures. This house is a full on flop house at this point.

Great location

Love being able to walk from the track from this spot. The house has an odd layout and has a few maintenance items it needs but overall was a great spot to stay.
