The Space:
This 1,470 sq ft townhome is perfect for family or group traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is located in a resort community called Encantada Resort which offers beautiful scenic ground, a clubhouse, and a range of amenities for the entire family. There will never be a lack of things to do here, that’s for sure!

The main spaces of the townhome:

- Beautiful and spacious enclosed back lanai, sun loungers, and table and chairs for outside dining and grilling. There is a spa tub here too, just note that it's not heated.

- Open-plan living for group togetherness time with direct access to the back patio. Also, plenty of comfy sofa seating and cable TV for downtime moments at home.

- Dining table with 8 cushioned chairs for nice sit-down meal moments with your family and friends.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with everything you'd need to prepare meals at home! Plus, a dishwasher for easy clean ups!

- 3 bedrooms (all on the top floor, up the stairs), 2 full bathrooms & a half bath to accommodate 6 guests as such:

Bedroom1: 1 King-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom & a TV
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen-sized bed, a TV & shares a bathroom
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin/single beds, a TV & shares a bathroom

- Washer and dryer in the home.

Encantada Resort offers a lot of resort-style amenities like two separate outdoor pools, pool-side loungers to soak in the sun, a gym, and a jogging track around the lake. Also you'll love at the clubhouse there's a playground area, a billiards room, and children's club inside. You’ll also find a convenient on-site dining spot called Romy’s. This restaurant/café and bar runs from 10 am-10 pm and serves beer, wine, sodas, light snacks, and comfort food. And, if you need anything, there’s a reception area with a welcoming staff that’s there 24 hours a day.

Encantada Resort is conveniently located near just about everything. You’ll be a short drive away to major superstores like Target and Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls, and Disney World is just a few miles away! It takes only about 15 minutes to get there. You’re close to other attractions too like Universal Studios and SeaWorld! You are in the middle of the action but also surrounded by lush Florida scenery and resort amenities too for those days off from the crowds!

Guest Access:
Please not there is an utility closet where the owners keep their personal belongings. This will remain locked and it is not available for guests to use.

The Neighborhood:
The home is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Plus, inside the resort community, you have amazing activities and amenities such as:

- A clubhouse with two pools and hot tubs, on-site restaurant and bar, gym, children’s play areas, and jogging trails around it.
- Nearby restaurants for a dinner night or an adult night out. Shopping and outlet malls too.
- Great golfing in the area like Disney’s Lake Buena Vista and Falcon’s Fire Golf Courses.

Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The home is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Encantada Resort Resort resort community. Other Things to Note:
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

This short-term rental strictly cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy.

The townhome is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

Guests must climb stairs as it's a two-story townhome.

A BBQ grill rental (no propane tank included) is available for use for an additional fee. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.

There is no daily housekeeping service. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, creamer, cooking oil, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, ONE trash bag in each trash can, and ONE roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished during your stay.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed.
