The Space:
Yellow Rock Views sits in the tranquil village of Broke-Fordwich, located 157 km north of Sydney, New South Wales. A Hunter Valley luxury accommodation situated on a 12-acre secluded property surrounded by lush bushland, open valleys, mountain ranges, and native wildlife to keep you company. Nearby 1813 cellar door, Yellow Rock Lookout, and Hunter Markets are just a few attractions to visit.


The ideal tiny house, with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor, accommodating up to 3 guests or 2 adults and 2 kids. A comfortable stay with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flushed toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside (especially when playing) as the stairs to the loft are quite steep.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the Tiny House within the fenced area on the property via the unsealed driveway from the sealed road.

- 2 hr 40mins to and from Yellowmundee Regional Park

By public transport: We recommend guests to travel by private vehicle as most locations are not accessible by public transport. Thank you!

- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
- Some board games, novels and general interest books is available
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please bring your own drinking water, food, and firewood
- Mobile reception is good for Vodafone, Telstra, and Optus
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

Safety Guidelines

- We advise guests to keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft are quite steep
- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay
- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines to avoid potential accidents on the property

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our amenities a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
