Welcome to your vacation getaway- "Highland Retreat", conveniently located to everything in Branson! Situated in the beautiful Pointe Royale golf resort, you will find a relaxing space to unwind after a busy day of exploring the area. Gather together for game time, meals, or movie night in our open living space. Retreat to one of the 2 bedrooms on the main level of the condo or open loft-3rd bedroom for a wonderful nights sleep in our comfortable beds. After a refreshing nights sleep, enjoy all of our resort amenities!

We try to anticipate all your needs and stock the condo so this is your new favorite Branson space! Our guests love that each of our bedrooms has a designated bathroom, the most comfortable mattresses, a flat screen TV, and Netflix in every room! Kids and adults alike will enjoy the standup Arcade and Playstation 4 in the upstairs open loft-3rd bedroom. When not enjoying the beautiful condo, you can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool and hot tub (adult only), playground, dog park, fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more. Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

$60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play.

Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking.

Dogs CONSIDERED. Do not book without discussing and getting pre approval for your dog. We consider small to medium, low shedding, adult dogs. Dogs must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee.

On Location-Swimming, tennis, basketball, fishing, playground, bar and grill, dog park, and golfing. Golfing requires extra fees at the golf shop.

Important notes:

*We are a second level condo-The property entrance is only accessible by stairs

*3rd bedroom is an open loft

* Rental Agreement Required-will be emailed after booking

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
