The property is located in Central Lubbock which puts all of the local attractions within a short drive. This property is perfect for those needing a place for an extended stay. This property has fast Wifi a 55 Roku TV with Netflix is pet friendly and the kitchen is fully stocked.

Preston Place has 3 bedrooms furnished with everything you will need. All three bedrooms have queen size beds. Each room comes with brand new and super comfortable mattresses sheets and pillows. You will love sleeping here. Each room also offers bedside tables lamps and storage options for clothes and luggage. The master bedroom also contains a 55 Roku enabled TV. n nThe two bathrooms have all the towels that you will need for your stay. Each bathroom has a tub shower combo shampoo and body wash a hair dryer hand towels wash cloths and hand soap. n nThe kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay including a microwave stove and oven pots and pans cooking utensils and a coffee maker with creamer and sugar. A dining room table sits just outside the kitchen for home cooked meals or easy take out. This dining area is the perfect place for family game night or a large work project. n nThe living room contains a large sectional that is perfect for another guest to sleep on or to enjoy friends and family's company. The living area also contains a 55 Roku enabled TV with Netflix access already set up. The WiFi in this property is quick and will handle all your streaming needs. n nThe backyard of this property is completely fenced in and perfect for those traveling with pets. We do ask that you message us letting us know if you have pets with you. In the event that they do damage anything or extra cleaning is needed we will charge an additional fee. Please let us know if you have any questions. n nThe backyard also contains a small seating area to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. n nThe entire space is yours to use with the exception of the locked garage which is used for the owner's personal storage. n nOur interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Should you need anything during your stay contact us immediately and we will take care of you. Main roads University Ave and 82nd Street are nearby as well as Loop 289. Quick access to everything Lubbock has to offer! Other than Uber Lubbock has poor transportation options so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!

Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

The community fee shown on your booking represents the 9% tax that the city of Lubbock charges for the hotel tax and venue tax. Please let us know if you have any questions.
