My favorite home stay ever! The house was an absolutely perfect get away. The hosts had thought of everything. So comfortable, stocked with everything you could think of (and all the things you didn’t think of when packing). Joe was also so kind and communicative throughout our stay. Can’t wait to return!

The most charming property with an adorable tie into the university! Joe and Karen are so welcoming, the property itself was perfect for our group: spotless with thoughtful amenities, very convenient for our furry family member with fenced in backyard (pretty uncommon in Morgantown area), and location is perfectly convenient to all things WVU. Highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect. The house was decorated with so much love. We loved looking at every picture. It was fully stocked with more than we needed. The furnishings were comfortable and we really felt at home. The front porch was perfect for watching the world go by. The location was an easy (albeit hilly) walk to the stadium for a game. We have found our WVU home away from home. The host was extremely communicative and felt like chatting with an old friend. Our favorite thing was the Merch!!! We were so happy there were ponchos and happy to contribute to the great nieces college fund!

Joe and Family are great hosts. Murph’s landing is ideal for walking to football games, Varsity club (best wings in town) and feeling a part of Morgantown.

The hosts were genuinely kind and considerate; we felt welcome even before we arrived. The home itself is perfect, with the finest details taken into consideration. From holiday decorations to supplies for pet owners, every measure was taken to ensure it was a great experience. Clean, comfortable and great central location--we will definitely rebook in the future!

Fantastic Location and Host!

What a great spot! Love the location and decor of this house. Joe was a great host and very prompt to reply and easy to communicate with. This house worked as a great home base for us while we were visiting our daughter at college.

Perfect location!

This cozy, cute house had all the amenities needed for our lengthy stay and provided the perfect location to access the hospital in Morgantown for the expected early delivery of our first grandson. The owner, Joe, was super friendly and easy to communicate with. We definitely would recommend this place if you are ever in Morgantown and need a great place to stay!

Another stay at the Murph

Stayed at the Murph, again. Super easy check in and out processes. Very homey feel. My pup enjoys the fenced in back yard and play area. Haven't experienced any issues with either of my 2 stays. Definitely would recommend this place to stay.

Murph Landing

Enjoyed our stay! Very clean, well cared for property with easy access to WVU. We appreciated that the owners labeled everything and provided the little things (well equipped kitchen, coffee, shampoo, washer and dryer, etc )to make our stay comfortable. Best part it is that we could bring our pups to visit with their brother who attends WVU! We will definitely stay there again!

Absolutely a great comfortable home! The owners have added so many extras to make it feel like you are home! Attention to detail earns an A+! The owners are beyond accommodating and very nice to work with. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Peaceful

We were in town for business and this house is exactly what we needed at the end of long days. Joe and Karen were very kind in their actions and words. Could not have picked a better place for this event.
