-Bedroom 1 (primary) is located on the main floor and has en suite bathroom with 2 vanity sinks, walk-in shower, king bed, desk and daybed.
-Bedroom 2 is also located on the main floor and has a queen bed with private bathroom with deep tub/shower.
-Bedroom 3 is located on the top floor, off the living area and has a queen bed with en suite bathroom and walk-in shower.

SKIING & SNOWBOARDING
During the winter months the Black Bear Chalet is popular with skiers and snowboarders and is the perfect base for visiting Banff's world class ski resorts of Sunshine Village, Lake Louise and Norquay. After a day on the slopes, unwind in the cozy Chalet, or walk just 3 mins into downtown for a well-earned après ski dinner in one of Banff’s many excellent restaurants.
Well-stocked ski and snowboard shops and rentals are just 5 mins walk away, and the ski bus stop for all resorts is an easy 3 min flat walk from the Chalet.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The Chalet has 2 units for rent with separate entrances on opposite sides of the house. The Black Bear Chalet is the larger unit with 3 bedrooms on the upper 2 floors of the building. The Little Black Bear is a 1 bedroom suite located in the lower level of the building.
The owners live in the same building in a completely separate unit at the back of the property.

There are 6 outside stairs up to the entrance of the Black Bear Chalet. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, and a flight of stairs up to the living area, balcony and 3rd bedroom.

The kitchen has a 2 burner cooktop and microwave, no BBQ and due to Town of Banff rules there is no oven.

Do you require more space? The lower 1 bedroom unit can be rented in addition to the upper unit and can accommodate 2 extra people.
