This chic one-bedroom condo comes with all the bells and whistles. The kitchen and bathroom were both remodeled in 2021 and offer high-end touches. You'll slip right into vacation mode in this condo, where there are even extras such as movies, vinyl records, books, and board games to be enjoyed!
Vacation mode has arrived in Timberline B1C! This condo has been nicely decorated and updated with fine attention to detail. Two sofas in the living room offer comfortable seating options for enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace or unwinding with a movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. This condo offers top-of-the-line technology for evening entertainment on its 50” and 55” HD TVs with Sonos soundbar and Blu-ray players. You'll also be right at home with nature in this ground level unit, which boasts a private patio with views of down-valley mountains. From the main entry or through the expansive glass doors to the patio, enjoy easy access to the resort's swimming pool, hot tub, and The Edge restaurant.
The open concept great room is airy and inviting. Make your way into the recently remodeled kitchen, where you'll find an eye-catching space for preparing meals. Knotty walnut cabinets add a rustic chic touch with gleaming arctic white quartz countertops providing a nice contrast. The spacious island has plenty of room for multiple chefs to gather around. Full-sized stainless steel appliances, cookware, and tableware are all on hand for ease of cooking if desired. The dining table with midcentury modern chairs is nicely situated amidst the living room and kitchen areas. A stackable washer and dryer just off the kitchen give an added convenience, easing the stress of packing.
Retreat to the private bedroom at the end of the day, where you'll find both a plush king bed as well as a twin trundle that can easily be tucked away during the day. The queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping options. The bathroom in this condo has been recently remodeled and offers a glass and tile tub and shower combination with a soothing rain showerhead.
Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
