Hi Joy, Thanks for taking the time to review this property. We certainly cannot change the fact that this condo complex was built in 1972. The pictures portray the unit and what you are getting at a great rate. This condo is vintage in many ways. We will notify the owners of your updating suggestions. We certainly did not mean to disrespect your privacy. Usually, firewood delivery is scheduled in advance, and guests typically do not have a problem with vendors delivering. However, you told the gentleman no; they could deliver. It was not a problem. We never meant to cause you any harm. All the best- MSR Team

I see that we emailed the check-in documents to multiple different emails you provided, on three different occasions a month before your arrival date, so it seems there was an issue with your email address originally provided.
