Great home and location

This home had everything thing needed for a fun and easy stay. Great patio for relaxing for watching golfers, morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, dinner and evening chats. Location was close to everything we wanted or needed, restaurants and shopping.Easy communication with owner when needed, no problems at all. Would rent this home again.

Great getaway

My family truly enjoyed staying at this desert condo. It was nicely decorated, clean, well-appointed, and perfect for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor area was great for relaxing and eating outdoors. We highly recommend it.

Desert Gem

This property is great for a family stay! The location is great! Close to El Paseo and the College of the Desert. Go either direction and your equal distance from historic downtown or La Quinta. The house is well-equipped and check-in and check-out was a breeze!

My Happy Place 😊

This condo at Monterey GC was lovely.. Close to many pools, and not far from great shopping and restaurants. The owner was very easy to deal with. The only negative was that we couldn’t play tennis on empty courts at Monterey due to strata regulations. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean house in a good location

The house was nice, clean and had everything we needed for our 3 nights stay. It is located in a well maintained guard gated country club. The only reason I gave it 3 star was the owner/manager controls the thermostat remotely. The provided instruction in the house manual indicating we should be able to set the thermostat between 65-85. However, the owner for some reason decided to lock it at 74 and I have to contact the owner/manager to change the thermostat. Even when I contacted her and told her that we need to make the house warmer; she still lock it at 77. I found it quite unacceptable that we were not allowed to set the thermostat.

The homeowner would like to share the following: -We're sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests -We strive to make our house as comfortable as possible for our guests, we're sorry if you had a hard time staying warm in the home during your stay. Nonetheless, you let us know about the concern with the heat. We have minimums and maximums set for heating and cooling, which protects against high utility bills and damage to the HVAC systems -Guests can regulate the temperature of the home as they like. We have two HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort. Instructions are in the guidebook. We can remotely turn up the heat as well -We also encourage guests to reach out to their local contact while in residence as they are always available to assist with concerns. We would have been happy to accommodate had the unique circumstances been communicated to us We hope you were still able to enjoy your vacation. We have had such positive reviews in the past. We work very hard to ensure all guests have a 5-star experience at our vacation home!

Brothers get away

We had glorious weather and lots of fun during our recent stay. The house is absolutely perfect, it was well appointed with a great location so access to everything was close by. You should definitely have a car so you can get to easily travel around but Uber was super easy to get to places in Palm Desert. Make sure you go to the house before stopping to get provisions as previous guests have left non perishable items for others to use.. like coffee some canned foods. There are plenty of pots and pans and dishes so cooking is no issue, there is even a nice BBQ. The pack patio is awesome, especially in the morning with the sunrise and golf course right there... I enjoyed my morning coffee watching the grounds crew do their work. The beds were very comfortable and the temp of the house was great.. during the day the temp outside was nearly 100 but we kept the window coverings down while we were out and it was very comfortable when we got back.. The owner was very responsive and clearly loves this home. This was an important trip for my brother and I and likely his last to Palm Springs and I am so glad I made the choice to stay in this beautiful home. Highly recommend for a couple or family of up to 6.

Stay on the golf course

We were delighted to find such a modern and clean home right on the golf course. The property is absolutely stylish. It is exactly the same as show in the pictures and the backyard view is gorgeous. The kitchen has all the items you'd need and all very clean and well presented. Highly reccomended. My family and I had an amazing weekend celebrating our daughter 13th birthday.

Amazing family vacation spot

We loved staying at "Upscale Palm Desert Escape". The owners were readily accessible before and during our stay and all questions in a timely manor. Their home had everything and more for our stay. Lots of room to hang out, a large kitchen and comfy patio. It was close to a private pool, and within a secure gated community . Well located - central Palm Desert. Is to get to hikes, day trips, shops and restaurants. I would definitely return to stay again and would recommend to any others interested in Palm Desert!! The only problem was one week was too short :)

Winter in the Desert

Jennifer answered any questions we had prior to our visit. It was a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the gated Monterey CC golf course. We love the desert in the winter with clean air and snow capped Mountain Views. There were great restaurants only a short drive away. We look forward to visiting again.

Great home in a great community

Beautiful condo, just as advertised. Kitchen and hone were well stocked. Condo was super clean! Back patio was lovely at night. Community is very quiet but situated on beautiful grounds with 30+ pools to choose from. The barbecue wasn’t working great and you’ll need to play golf elsewhere as the course is members only. Those were only small negatives. Great place and relaxing stay.

Great home with exceptional views

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was even better than as advertised. The back patio is fabulous and has views of the golf course and mountains and pond. Lovely community. Nice to have access to our own golf cart great location near restaurants and shopping. Home was well supplied and very comfortable. We would definitely come back. Neighbors were very friendly

Great home..very clean and had all the amenities you will need for your stay. Great location in the community and surrounding area we will book again..VRBO posting states Golf Cart in garage use OK. However, the owner stated no can use..some confusion but really you don't need one. Communication with owner great..Looking forward to return visits.
