Stylish 2 Storey 4 generous sized bedrooms, Pool and entertaining areas.
The property is ideal for families with kids who will keep busy with an upstairs kids activity room. Facilities include a table tennis, multiple board games, Wifi and two TV’s. We have also provided fishing rods, boogie boards, beach chairs for beach use.

All bedrooms are fitted with brand new beds, double pillows and quilts.

1 x King Bedroom with WIR and ensuite
2 x Queen Bedrooms
1 x Bedroom featuring 2 x Single bunk Beds (total of 4 beds)
Activity room with fold out futon lounge (double bed)
We supply linen and bath towels.
Chef's kitchen with Caesarstone counter tops and Smeg appliances - Freestanding Cooker, Dishwasher and Microwave.
Internal and External dining areas cater for 8 seats, but can be extended with use of fold out table.
BBQ is also located on rear alfresco area.

Catherine Hill Bay Beach
From the house it is only a 13 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive. The southern end of the beach is patrolled.
Mooney Beach
From the house, it is a 7 minute walk or 1 minute drive to get you to the bush track. This is a non-patrolled beach. Very popular with the surfers.

Christmas Holidays

We loved our short stay in Catherine Hill Bay. The house was amazing and had everything we needed and more! Ginny, the host, was very helpful and left us lots of useful information about where to go for the best coffee, food etc. It was such an easy holiday and we absolutely will return!

Enjoyable Extended Family Haven House

We stayed at Katherine Hill Bay in the new year for a week with the extended family. The house was fantastic, with excellent clean facilities. The pool was awesome, the kids were playing in it everyday. Great multimedia set up and variety of board games. The host was lovely, friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return again.

Lovely home and welcoming host

Thank you Ginny for being a welcoming host. Home is lovely and spacious and has everything you need. We went with 3 families with 3 kids under 6 and they enjoyed every minute. My highlight is the salt water pool! Highly recommended!

Great place for a family Holiday

Lovely place to stay. Had good kitchen equipment and supplies- plates/cups good for young kids. Lovely backyard and pool to use. Rooms and Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was good on our hot days. Supplies were available for going to beach or fishing. Easy to communicate with owner.

We had a fantastic stay in a wonderful home within a very relaxed and quiet location close to the beaches and would highly recommend staying here. There were a few small items that do need addressing including the coffee machine not working and the oven door not closing properly.

Weekend gem

As a group we go away every year for a ‘Xmas’ weekend away and this year didn’t disappoint. Accommodation was as described and fit our group perfectly. The house had everything we needed to have a special Xmas lunch for 10 people. Pool was a great addition and the space in the house was perfectly structured for all ages. Ginny was a great host and any correspondence was answered quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxed!

The property was immaculate, plenty of space for the two families to spread out and relax. The neighbourhood is so peaceful we left truely relaxed. The outdoor space in the back is perfect so enjoying the peace and some sun and that beautiful pool! Thank you Ginny - highly recommend

Everything a holidaying family could ask for

A beautiful, spacious home with absolutely everything a holidaying family could ask for - three separate living areas for the teenagers to spread out. Lovely kitchen with all the trimmings and pantry staples. A huge array of sporting equipment and board games which we tool full advantage of. Lovely pool (a bit cool but we wore wetsuits) and garden absolutely perfect for our pooch. The location is so quiet and there's not much around but the beach, coffee and Catho pub are an easy walk if you can tear yourself away from this peaceful sanctuary! Ginny is a marvellous host too. The only thing I would say is that a puppy gate would be useful to keep pets downstairs. We used the beanbags as suggested but our cavoodle could get over them easily and it also made the stairway a little difficult to use.

Great family beach house

Everything was great. Ginny was lovely to deal with and very accommodating. House exactly as promised. 3 good living areas, kitchen was fabulous with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Good bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely pool area, nice deck to sit on. Pretty garden. Short drive to the main beach which was deserted! Outside shower to get the sand off. Double garage - ping pong table available. Very quiet neighbourhood. Visited with our family and it worked very well. Fur baby also happy! Definitely happy to recommend.
