Cosy Glebe cottage - walk to central Hobart

Summary:
Just a short stroll to the city centre, Royal Botanical Gardens and the Hobart Aquatic Centre, this gorgeous period cottage provides guests with an enjoyable, comfortable stay in Hobart. The home is also nearby to supermarkets and the vibrant North Hobart restaurant strip.
The ground floor has a comfortable lounge area and kitchen/dining that flows on to a sunny private courtyard. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, and deck with views to Mount Wellington. Great for couples or a small family.

The Space:
The home was built in the early 1900's and has been fully renovated and equipped to modern standards, whilst still retaining its unique heritage features.
To ensure a comfortable stay during the cooler months, there is panel electric heating in the living areas and main bedroom, and electric blankets on the queen bed and the single bed in the second bedroom.
The bedding is very comfortable, with hotel quality linen and towels provided by our linen service.

Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the house for the duration of their stay

The Neighborhood:
A great, safe neighbourhood set amongst parklands. The Queens Domain, Royal Tasmaninan Botanical Gardens, Royal Hobart Hospital and Hobart Aquatic Centre are just moments away.

Getting Around:
It's an easy walk to the city centre and wharf precinct or a few minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:
On street parking is unrestricted and untimed from 6pm until 8am each day. However, parking is limited to 2 hours between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday .
The second bathroom upstairs is accessed via a door off the second bedroom to the deck, and then door from the deck to the bathroom. We've found it to be fine for everyday use however it may not suit all guests. There is however a second bathroom downstairs.
The second single bed in bedroom 2 is a trundle bed
