The Neighborhood:
A safe, lovely , historic and picturesque neighbourhood with many great little restaurants and cafes. The house itself is in a quiet cul-de-sac, well away from the main road , and very close to the walking tracks that front the Derwent River.

Getting Around:
We have off street parking

The Bellerive Ferry terminal is a 10 minute walk away and this can provide transport to the Hobart waterfront and Salamanca Market .
It departs from Bellerive Village at:
11.40am 1.00pm 2.05pm and 3.25pm
It departs Hobart City at:
11.00am 12.15pm 1.45pm and 2.45pm

The Hobart Metro Buses :
The Turn up and Go (East) bus service (601) runs from the Shoreline Shopping Centre, through Bellerive to Eastlands Shopping Centre (5 minutes away ) and into Hobart City (15 minutes away ).
This bus stop is 10 minutes walk away from our home on the corner of Clarence Street and Cambridge Road, outside the Yacht club.
This Bus operates every 10minutes Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm

There is a less frequent , but closer Bus route 614 which passes through Bellerive Bluff along Scott Street, King Street and Victoria Esplanade.

Other Things to Note:
The home is not ideally suited to young children /toddlers as there are no fireplace guards, (the gas heater has a hot glass front ) and no power point covers / cupboard locks, high chairs/ toys etc.
