Outside there's plenty of space for the kids to play, the pets to roam, and the adults to relax and unwind on your sunny balcony accessed off the main living. Ferry to Lyttelton from Diamond Harbour town is operated daily and a short stroll of 30 minutes drive to Christchurch town, 50 minutes drive to Christchurch International Airport ensures an easy access to this private get-away perfect holiday house. What's more, it is an epic drive through the Port Hill mountain with great views of the Bank Peninsula.
Puru Bay, Church Bay and lots of beach access are just around the corner. Orton Bradley Park, the hidden Gem, offers you great family activities ranging from the famous Rhododendron Walk to the popular Waterfall Gully Track and beyond to the DOC Packhorse Hut or Mt Herbert. A 9 hole golf course, children's adventure playground, with flying fox situated next to a small stream are for all members of the Whānau.

Steep driveway may require your competent parking skills, although, the house is situated at a cut de sac, so plenty off-street parking on top of the drive way. ~ Please contact host if you are planning to bring your four-leg buddies, T&Cs applied and additional cost may apply. ~ Due to the extra labour cost, there won't be weekly/monthly discounted rate during: New Year's Day & Day after New Year's Day, Waitangi Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Queen's Birthday, Labour Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
