The cabin was a perfect location and just enough beds and two bathrooms! The hot water was great in the showers! The kitchen had everything we needed and enjoyed smoremores outside at the fire ring. Great place, adorable, and affordable. Thanks!

Overall a great stay

The cabin was lovely and the locals were great. I did inform the property owner, there was a dog that kept bugging us outside. It growled at us and barked at us, chased our kids. Belongs to a neighbor I suppose. Either way it's a potentially dangerous situation.

It needs a lot of improvements you can literally see through the logs to the outside . Thank God it had a new couch. When we rented it we were under the impression we had a view there was no view but nothing but trees. The washer and dryer needs to be updated. At a hard time getting them to work.

Short and Sweet

We truly loved the atmosphere at the cabin. We were able to burn a fire in the fire pit. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us. We were able to prepare meals and take care of the family. It was quiet, clean and very spacious... absolutely beautiful.

Cozy Cabin

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of laughs and many memories made. Very rustic little cabin. Although there wasn’t any WiFi or cable we enjoyed sitting around the table playing games. A little far off the beaten path but it was fine for us.

Cabin was nice and cozy, clean, and as advertised. Only issue was how far away from everything it is. We were looking for things to do and had to drive quite a distance to find anything. Otherwise it was great! Beds could have been a bit softer for me.

It was as expected

It was, in fact, quiet and secluded. It sits in a small community, very quiet. We were not bothered by anyone, we had no problems so we did not contact the host. The neighbor's dog came over once, friendly and quiet, he greeted us then left, not a bother at all. The cabin was neat and tidy. If you want good food, bring your own. The local restaurants are few and far between, and we didn't visit them as the reviews werent the best.For anyone complaining about the cabin, get over it. It smelled fine, was clean, and very comfortable. The lack of electronic technology connected to the outside world was a blessing, and sitting on the back deck drinking coffee in the silence of the area was reminiscent of a world long ago.

Family fishing trip

The cabin was awesome! It was a beautiful place. We enjoyed staying there. The only thung was in all the pictures there are three couches in the living room but there wasn't when we got there!! Other than that we enjoyed the place very much!! Would rent it again!!

Great trip

Property was as stated, loved that they had card and board games, kiddos loved that. Was great to unplug and just relax. Rained both nights there and the rain on the metal roof was calming and relaxing. Spoke to owner on arrival we were bout hour early and they said we could check in early. We will def book again.

charming and cozy.

The cabin was Charming and Cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were looking for a calm weekend. So it worked. There were a couple of things that could have made our visit better. The mattresses were old and not very comfortable. The front door lock did not work sometimes. No dishwasher yet they said to load the dishwasher when we leave.

Not What I Expected.

The pictures on the listing look very nice and clean. However, upon arriving there was dog poop by the drive port right where we'd be getting out of the car. When we entered the cabin the smell of fragrance from air freshners was extremely over whelming. I immediately searched the cabin and found 10 cheap freshners placed around and large sticky traps filled with bugs. My son is extremely sensitive to smells and started feeling ill with 30 mintutes of being at the cabin. My friends and I by the end of the night all had headaches from air fragrance. My son ended up throwing up due to the smells. It was late and we didn't have anywhere else to go so we all decided to stay. During the night we heard scratching on wood and metal in the ceiling. When talking a walk outside I found an opening in the roof where the plywood had rotted enough for birds or squirrels to get through. Which might have been the the sounds we were hearing. We noticed after the airfreshners were removed the air blowing out of the vents and a foul odor. I feel if they are going to use multiple heavy air freshners in every room that needs to be listed because that is a serious health issue for some.
