Gateway Grand 502 is a gorgeous south-facing , three bedroom, three bath side unit on 48th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. This deluxe oceanfront building in midtown features sought after amenities such as a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large oceanfront sundeck and more. This condo is decorator furnished and offers luxury and comfort for a fantastic vacation including sizable balcony with ocean and bay views, beautifully appointed living room, fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area and breakfast bar, and complimentary cable and wifi. Accommodating up to 9 guests, the bed sizes include a king, a queen, a double and single, plus a queen sleep sofa in the living area, if needed. Guests must supply all sheets, towels, paper products and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This owner provides guest access to their storage locker on the mezzanine level, plus a luggage cart which is stored in the laundry for guest's use during their stay. Please note the cart must be returned upon departure or a $200 charge will be incurred.
The Gateway Grand requires a minimum stay of 7 days and rents Saturday to Saturday only in season. The Gateway Grand charges an $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee with reservation.
Non-smoking building except in designated areas. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
