As you enter the home, the wide plank white oak hardwood flooring leads you through to the dining room and living room flanked with shiplap walls that add to the coastal feel. Each bedroom has a private bath and has been designed for beauty and comfort. The master bedroom and first guest room feature a king bed, while the second guest room features a queen bed. Each bathroom has been updated. The two guest bedroom bathrooms include marble floors, subway tile walls, new fixtures, new lighting, new vanity, and countertops. The master bathroom has been exquisitely done with marble floors, marble in the shower, a new soaking tub, new fixtures, shower doors, lighting, and paint, and includes a large walk-in closet. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- The pool is not heated.
- Guests are welcome to use the tennis courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center are open to the public, and no reservation is required.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.

Parking Details:
- Parking spot accommodates 2 cars. Ocean Club's parking is first come first serve.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Temporary car passes are emailed to guests on Monday before arrival. 2 car passes will be waiting for guests at the property in the check-in packet. Call our office to request additional car passes.
- These passes must stay on the car's dashboard for the duration of the guest's stay.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
