The property was lovely, Property agent on the other hand was dreadful ITRIP ORLANDO. We arrived to a property with an inside temperature of 80 degrees the aircon, fan and living room electrics not working...the engineer came the following day he said wow far too hot in here you need to move...he said they spend 4 hrs trying to repair the issues the day before and couldn't. So they let us check in knowing we had no aircon..it was fixed but we had 2 days of several different men coming in and out which was very uncomfortable as we were 2 women on our own, luckily they were very nice. Pest controller also came in at one point why they couldn't been done before we arrive??? despite all this we had a lovely relaxed trip only get home and charge $25 for a stain on a towel with a dubious photo of a dirty towel on the floor do you put your clean washing on the floor...My advice to the home owner you have a beautiful home get a new agent

Spring Break Vacation

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. We liked having the amenities from the resort. A few things that could be improved is new living room furniture, very uncomfortable to sit on. Also a ceiling fan in second bedroom would be nice or have floor fans available. All in all it was a great place to stay, and we will definitely be back again.

Nice stay

The condo was well cared for, everything was easy to find and use. We enjoyed the great view of the nature area behind the condo. Could see the sunrise and with a little stretching, the sunset too.

We were so unhappy with this rental. After paying $500 VRBO fees so we could rely on the rental being great it was not! The living room furniture was so worn out and cheap it felt like we were sitting on slats of boards! Could never get comfortable. There were no dressers in the entire rental. No clocks at all. The shower head fell off on first use. The shower rod would not stay up. No living area lamps except the bright overhead lights There was pet hair everywhere and no vacuum. Our feet were literally black on the bottoms. The refrigerator water and ice dispenser rarely worked and all appliances were cheap. The patio furniture was so small, uncomfortable and cheap also. The bed and living room pillows were little clumps they were so nasty and worn out. We finally got new bed pillows the day after 4 people had gone home and a cheap vacuum cleaner was dropped off. The kitchen supplies were very minimal!!! Not even measuring cups. We did complain but never received anything ! Overall we couldn’t wait to get out!

Lacks Comfort

There is not a comfortable seat in the house. Living room furniture has popping springs. Balcony furniture is cheap wood chairs. All from Ikea and past its useful life. This has been mentioned in past reviews but obviously no improvements have been made. Beds were comfortable.

Family funeral

The place is very nice and updated we had a few issues after checking in and had a hard time getting a hold of someone on the weekend but the issues were resolved Monday morning while we were at a family funeral. Haven’t used amenities yet as we didn’t have a FOB to be able to use them on Sunday but all is good now so far.

Little Harbor

This was our 4th time down to Little Harbor. The area/community is a dream, there is so much to do for a family, the restaurants are amazing food, the pools are good and the property is beautiful. We have stayed in a few other rentals and that can make a difference. This rental was nice/newer, clean, and away from traffic. The only drawback was the furniture. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable and both beds in each room were unbearable. I would highly recommend to the owners to replace them, as this will definitely impact my stay again. Everyone in my family was waking up sore and did not get much restful sleep due to the beds being so unbearable. Otherwise, the place was nice, I just would not stay again because of the furniture.

The place was really beautiful. As soon as I walked in, I felt at home. We could’ve used an extra Pod for the dishes lol. The Internet was not very good. Wi-Fi was very slow and it took me almost an hour to get in because I couldn’t open up your email. everything else was cut. We made sure everything was swept and mopped as best as we can do, and even washed all the towels for you.

Dog

Hello. I stated I was bringing a dog who is a therapy dog in training. I asked how much it would cost for me to bring him. I said I would pay for his stay. I got a response saying no cost because of him being a therapy dog. I stated he was I. Training and not fully a service dog yet I did not get a response. Now I am being told the dog was unauthorized. That is just wrong and I got billed for an unauthorized dog. This is not true I asked twice for the cost. If they cannot get this straightened out I will not book there again as I asked for the overall cost never got it I am being charged for washing comforters. Does this mean they do not wash them? Gross!!!!! Good to know comforts do not get washed!

The property exceeded our expectations and was very clean. It had large rooms that easily accommodated our family of five. The owner was easy to deal with and very quick in their responses to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived on February 1and followed the directions for entry that had been emailed to us. We tried for quite awhile, but we couldn’t unlock the door. Very frustrating. We called the emergency numbers that were also emailed, but didn’t get an immediate response. Thankfully the wonderful condo owner was nearby and was able to help. The door code that was emailed was incorrect!

Spacious condo overlooking mangroves

This condo is as it appears in the photos with quite a bit of room to spread out. I would like to address some of the negative reviews I saw before renting this condo. There were a couple that complained of the unit not being clean when they arrived. It was spotless when we arrived. There was another review complaining about stairs! Yes, there are 2 full sets of stairs in this condo so if you have mobility issues this wouldn't be an ideal situation. We have no problems with stairs. There was another review complaining about the unit looking like an IKEA catalog. Yes, this place is completely furnished from IKEA. Again, we have no problem with this. We aren't living here, only staying for a week long vacation. Who cares if it is furnished from IKEA? The furniture was new and the beds were comfortable. My only suggestions to the owner are supplying the unit with more towels. It was only myself and my husband so we were able to round up enough towels for the week. If you have more people staying here, you may want to plan on doing some laundry. The other thing they need to provide is a Welcome Book. All of the other homes/condos we have rented always has a 3 ring binder filled with info about the area . . . where grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, attractions are located. We would have loved to have a map of the property. We ended up stopping at the guardhouse to find the locations of the trash dumpsters and the pools. Overall, we had a good time staying here. The back of condo looks out over the mangroves. We had our granddaughters spend the night for a "slumber party" and went to the pool the next day. We drove down to Anna Maria Island another day, it's about a 40 minute drive. I highly recommend this beach. Much less crowded than the more popular Clearwater Beach. We went to dinner at the Sunset Grille with family. The thickest crab cakes I've ever had!

I loved the kitchen, & master shower. The double stairs were way too much for me/someone not used to doing stairs multiple times daily. & The sheets had hair & dirt on 2 of the beds as well as unpleasant stains to see/sleep on. Other than the stairs & sheets it was great.

The townhouse was just wonderful! The photographs do not do the place justice, it is so much better than the images. The beach was just okay, the pool was wonderful. However, please add a map of the pool location that would be great. The townhouse itself is just amazing! Would stay here again.
