The Breakaway House is a two-floor duplex home located just off the main access road in Killington. This listing includes both the left and right units (Units A & B), which can be accessed together via the back deck or separately through the front doors. The home features six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, and two dining areas, making it ideal for two families traveling together or for separating kids and adults between the two sides. You'll enjoy having the living spaces upstairs and sleeping areas on the main floor, offering comfort and privacy for larger groups. Smart TVs with streaming services, games, air conditioning, and a cozy wood-burning stove provide plenty of entertainment when you're home, while the open kitchens are perfect for gathering and celebrating together. In warmer months, relax on the back deck, fire up the grill, or enjoy the yard. Side A now features a hot tub, available for a $195 setup fee. Close to all that Killington has to offer, The Breakaway House is a fantastic home base for your Killington getaway. Pet friendly (pet fee may apply).
• There is no interior connection between the two units. In the front, there are two entry doors and in the back, there is a deck between the two kitchen areas.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• The house is a duplex. This listing is for both the right and left hand units of the duplex. You may also book only one side if you wish.
• We will provide you with access codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front of the house. This is not in any of the living areas.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use NoiseAware, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Pets are considered. A $155 pet fee would apply.
• 15,000 BTU air conditioning units are installed upstairs. The downstairs is typically cool enough on its own given the Vermont climate.
