This great family home is over two levels. On the entry level is a great area for the children to retreat to and features board games and an arcade style games console. There is one bedroom on this level with two single beds. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer plus an extra toilet and shower.
Upstairs is the open plan gourmet kitchen, dining and lounge room and three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and ensuite. Bedroom two has a queen size bed. Bedroom three has a set of bunk single beds. There is a main modern bathroom upstairs which has a bath and a shower. The open plan lounge room/kitchen area is air-conditioned and includes a smart television and WiFi. It also opens up onto a large deck with bbq and outdoor furniture.
North Avoca Beach is only a short stroll away and the local cafe is just a leisurely walk too. It is only a short drive to either Terrigal or Avoca Beach or even Erina Fair for shopping or movies.

protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children`s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach.
