Villa Joanna in Skopelos

Villa “Joanna” is enclosed with surrounding stone and white walls with a buffer of various trees in a plot of around 600 sq.m. The Villa has a large paved surrounding that includes pool and barbeque.

The Villa has excellent styled furnishing and facilities, balcony and 3 large terraces where someone can enjoy a serene view all around Skopelos Town, the sea, the harbor and the breathtaking sunsets.
Living in the Villa is a unique privilege by being in a relaxing, natural, green, quiet environment with a swimming pool and at a walking distance from the Center of Town

The following procedures are being implemented to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests:

1. The Villa is thoroughly cleaned before every new check-in.
 All surfaces are cleaned with chlorine-based cleaners and wiped down with disinfectant
 Fabric surfaces (i.e. sofas, pillows) are sanitized with steam cleaners before every check-in.
 All garden surfaces (i.e. tables, pool chairs) are sprayed with disinfectant Dalcon-100
 Air Conditioner units and filters are steam cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant.
 Rooms are aired thoroughly.

2. All staff members are trained and equipped appropriately to be able to work safely and effectively. The use of medical face masks and disposable gloves for any staff entering the premises is mandatory.

3. Linens and towels are professionally cleaned (over70oC) and packaged for each group.
