There is parking at the property, but please note that there is a non-refundable charge of $20 per car. The payment will be charged at the gate on-site. The home is about 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Emerald Island Resort gated resort community. - Private pool heating is available for an extra fee from November through the end of April.
- Gated Community: The townhome is located in a community with 24/7 security.
- Parking: There’s parking available at the property for a non-refundable $20 per car, paid at the gate. Community parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Entry: The front door has a digital keypad—no deadbolt lock.
Food & Toiletries: No open food can be stored in the kitchen or fridge between stays. You’ll need to bring any necessary food and supplies, such as condiments, coffee, oil, etc. We provide essentials like paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner to get you started, and these will not be replenished. Please purchase anything you need at the nearby supermarkets. We don't provide washcloths.
Rules & Policies:
- Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will need to be signed upon booking confirmation.
- Security Deposit: A temporary hold may be placed on your card before check-in. This hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages.
- Early Check-In: This is available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $290 fee per pet (max 2 pets, up to $580 total). Pets must be kept on a leash within the community.
House Rules:
- The main guest must be + 21 yo.
- No smoking (including tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or recreational drug use. A $300 penalty applies if this is violated.
- No parties or events. Respectful behavior is expected, with no loud music after 10 pm.
- Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed. No tents or other structures may be set up.
- You are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
- You may be asked to provide a government ID at check-in.
- Please avoid moving furniture. If you do move it, make sure to put it back where you found it.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using a code to the digital keypad at the door. All codes will be provided before your arrival.
