The Space:
This short-term rental strictly cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy.

This 1,500 sq ft, two-story townhome has 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is perfect for family or group traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The townhome is located in a gated resort community called Emerald Island Resort which offers beautiful scenic grounds and nature trails, a clubhouse, and a range of amenities for the entire family. There will never be a lack of things to do here, that’s for sure!

The main spaces of the townhome:
- Open-plan living space with lots of great natural light and perfect for quality together time and with direct access to the back patio.
- Surrounded by lush greenery everywhere, the back patio and lawn area with sun loungers is a perfect spot to relax, read a book, or sip your morning coffee.
- There's a fully-equipped kitchen with quality appliances and everything you'd need to prepare meals at home, plus essential extras like the coffee maker to perk up in the morning & a dishwasher for easy clean ups!
- The dining table is perfect for comfortable sit-down meals at home for up to 8 guests.
- 3 comfortably furnished bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms plus a communal half bath in the townhome to accommodate 6 guests as such:

- Washer and dryer in the home for convenience.

Emerald Island Resort is a gated resort community located 15 minutes from Disney's doorstep and close to many other popular Orlando theme parks and attractions. Surrounded by a 300-acre conservation area with 11 acres of a heavily wooded area right in the middle of the community and a perimeter of scenic lakes. You’ll feel as if you have entered a special preserve. There are walking trails within the community as well to get in and bond with nature!

You'll also be a short drive to major superstores such as Target, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers, and outlet malls, yet this “island” serves as a little relaxing haven away from the rest of the world. Let this be your peaceful home-away-from-home yet close to the sites you need to see and surrounded by Florida’s lush beauty and tranquil views. You really have it all at Emerald Island Resort!

Guests of Emerald Island can utilize all the facilities provided within the resort, which includes the clubhouse, two heated community pools and spas, indoor sauna, tiki bar, fitness center, volleyball/tennis/basketball courts, children’s play areas, and family-fun areas.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the townhome during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Plus, inside the community, you have amazing activities and resort-style amenities such as:

- A clubhouse with a two-heated pool/spas, tiki bar, sauna, gym, sports courts, and nature trails.
- 300-acre conservation area with 11 acres of a heavily wooded area in the center surrounded by scenic lakes.
- Nearby restaurants for a dinner night or an adult night out. Shopping and outlet malls too.
- Great golfing in the area like Orange Lake Golf Club.

Getting Around:
There is parking at the property but please note that there is a non-refundable charge of $20 USD per car. The payment will be charged at the gate on site. The home is about 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Emerald Island Resort gated resort community. Here are some of the most visited/famous places in Orlando and nearest shopping centers:

Other Things to Note:
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

The townhome is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.

There is parking at the property but please note that there is a non-refundable charge of $20 USD per car. The payment is charged at the gate on site.

There is no deadbolt lock on the front door, just the digital keypad to enter.

The community parking spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The townhouse has fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.

Wi-Fi, TV w/cable, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.

There is no daily housekeeping service but if you'd like the place cleaned during your stay, that can be requested for an additional fee.

This is a pet-friendly property, but pets are only allowed with prior authorization and are subject to a $290 USD fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed for a total of $580 USD. Dogs must be on a leash when on the community premises. Please be responsible. The house has to be well cared for to avoid damages to the furniture and amenities.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, boxed food, cooking oil, sugar, etc. prior to check-in. You'll need to purchase what you need and bring it to the home.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Early check in is subject to availability with an additional fee.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed on the premises. The use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- If you're booking through a reservation platform where we are the merchant of record, a $300 USD security deposit will be charged before your arrival and subsequently refunded 5-7 days after your check out, providing no damages were caused during your stay. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the transaction.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using a code to the digital keypad at the door. All codes will be provided before your arrival.

Washer and dryer should have been scrapped a long time ago. Poor on site support for help. Non- English speaking people involved. Bed was uncomfortable. Front door lock failed and we were locked in one night. Main pool has poor food/drink choices. Other than that it was ok.

Property was in the condition as it was described. Master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable mattress was hard. We like the neighborhood and thought everything else was good. We will stay here again but would probably bring a blow up mattress so we don’t have to sleep on that mattress in the master bedroom.

Orlando Get-away
My wife and I traveled to the Orlando area in March of 2022 to watch our college age daughter play softball. We knew that the townhouse would have more room than we needed, but we wanted the comfort it would provide by giving us space when we needed it. Everything was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Accessing the property was extremely each and when we had a simple question, the response time was just over a minute. Can't beat that! The clubhouse area in Emerald Island was excellent. Nice pool, hot tub, exercise room, and the bonus was a Tiki Bar with full "Bar Menu". Loved it! I would definitely stay at the this property again and this would be a first choice if I ever decided to move down to Florida!

Property (Condo) was nice and in a gated community. Before you go, ask if Master mattress has been replaced with one with memory foam. At the time of this review, it was very hard and squeaky. Thankully, I asked before the trip to see if there was a memory foam topper...and the answer was no. So, we brought a 4 inch memory foam topper from home to use during stay. If we hadn't brought it, we would've needed to buy one to be able to sleep. Since it was just my husband and I, we only tried the king bed, no reviews for the 4 twin beds in the other 2 bedrooms. It was a nice condo in a nice area. Make note to bring wash cloths as they aren't provided, as well as a couple extra dish cloths and dish towels. Bring ALL needed seasonings, spices. There is a toaster, toaster oven, microwave, regular drip coffee maker, blender, tea kettle, a few pots and pans, cups, plates, bowls, stainless utensils and some cooking utensils provided, as well as towels(6) and handtowels (6), washer and dryer, hairdryer. There were ceiling fans in each bedroom and 1 in living room area (didn't know where/how to turn this one on...none of the switches turned it on...it may have been turned off at the fan which was a high ceiling.). Enjoyed our stay!
