Fantastic stay for our family’s 4th of July getaway! The condo was perfect—an easy walk to both the beach and town, which made everything super convenient. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we loved having the outdoor picnic tables for meals and games. Beds were very comfortable, and everyone slept great. Would happily stay here again!

Excellent location in the middle of everything!! Excellent property, very clean. Listing was very accurate. Host responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again, just would not do it during spring break. Public parking would get very noisy and busy when Police were enforcing 10 pm noise ordinance.

This rental is located very conveniently -close walking distance to all the restaurants and shops . It has everything you need for a perfect vacation . The high quality Tommy Bahamas beach umbrella was a life saver and allowed us several long beach days without getting scorched. There is parking in front and in the back - the front parking was full when I arrived. I contacted the reference # and received a prompt return with quick solution ( there’s also parking in the back which Is just as convenient as the front) if you’re unable to get a water front rental with a great view this is your best alternative. There’s no great views but the privacy and comfort in the beachy & modern aesthetics is 5 stars.

Our stay was as expected! This completely renovated gem has it all and is close to all amenities! Morning Walks, Beach Time, Dinner, and drinks this gem is for you. We loved the place - very well appointed with new furniture and amenities in the condo. Very clean. Well stocked with dishes, cups, glassware, utensils. Everything you need is there. Very comfortable bed Staff was excellent. After we entered the condo, we decided to stay another day. Parking - I'd recommend to park in the back and not the front. First night, our vehicle was rear ended. Unfortunately, no one left a note. Parking in the front, you have a busy road. Not so in the back. We plan on staying here again. We have stayed in many places in Siesta Key. This place is the BEST.

Quiet restful stay

This was a great stay for our family with kids. Right by the pool, picnic area to sit at and read. All things were provided for us, even the beach stuff we didn’t think of. Excellent communication with the polite and helpful property manager. Great location, we parked our car and didn’t need to drive til we left for home.

This location was only 5 minutes from the village. There were beach towels, a wagon for the beach. The place was very clean. I would suggest deep cleaning the couch.

The property is centrally located to stores and restaurants which is convenient. There was an unusual amount of noise from the HVAC unit and trash and work trucks in the area. Overall enjoyed the stay but be prepared to wake up early due to work truck noise

Thanks for your review Kimberly! Being so close to the Village and its restaurants and shops, one can experience some noise from the hustle and bustle of the area.
