Ideally positioned to explore Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; the sparkling waters and shimmering sands of either Old Dunsborough or Quindalup swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

La Vita Bella is of classic limestone look brick construction and boasts higher ceilings, easy care tile floors and spacious living zones. It is stylishly yet comfortably furnished.

The living spaces comprises spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen which will certainly be a holiday gathering hub. This area can be closed off via glass doors a large games room perfect for hosting both easy conversation and the more raucous footy watching crowd.
