This lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath / stocked kitchen, Internet & cable. Have pets, please supply some of your own linens : ). This duplex set up with an apartment above. Your space, totally private. No one enters your living space. this unit , with back yard, is a family neighborhood not a complex.. in keeping this affordable for single guests, our pricing is starting for 1 single guest. shopping, Hospitals, minutes away.. MCV is a 15 min. Pets & extra guests are extra $$ 10-day min stay.
The space
simply furnished with Big flat screen TV recliner in den, with doggie door, 2 full baths, nice comfy beds.. formal living and dining rooms, washer/dryer . Every thing needed for cooking . Fenced back yard with nice brick patio to relax out doors.. Gas grill if you wish to grill you will need to provide the propane if not there...Just the basics. We welcome pets and this property is equipped with a doggie door and fenced in back yard. Guest r required to bring their doggie beds , any area rugs( that your dogs smell is already) (This makes them feel more at home) you have for your dogs to lay on and a pet fee of Nine - Fourteen Dollars per day can be collected in cash when you arrive or paid through.. Charges are depending on the size of the dog and the length of stay. Also base price charge is for 1 person occupancy a $20 charge for overnight guest for each additional night that they stay. WE now offer a doggie day care/ walking service that is great for guests that are not able to be home during the day .. Only an experienced dog handler will provide walks..There is a per visit fee ..
Guest access
guests will have access to the entire 1 st floor or there's an option for renting ( if available) a room with use of the entire 1 st first which you may share with another guest if you wish.. The laundry room is a separate entrance ..This option is great for travel nurses sharing space.
Other things to note
pets do have limited access to formal rooms.. We prefer that they do not have access to those rooms ..our guests are required to clean before leaving.. We will charge for cleaning if not left as it was at check in. If you are bringing pets please bring pet beds and cover furniture where your pets will be..
