The home has been freshly remodeled with a fully stocked kitchen and Coffee bar. The back porch is set up of 4 rocking chairs and a round table, perfect for game nights!! There is also a fully fenced backyard off the porch for your enjoyment.

Lovely home for getaway

This property was as pictured and very nice. Super clean and comfortable. The only drawback is the noise from the interstate since it is located on a service road. Outside and the front bedroom is kind of loud. The host did provide earplugs and everything else was wonderful.

Nice property

This was a family of six girls trip. We were here for the Canton trade days. The house inside was very clean and comfortable. However, the patio furniture was covered with bird droppings everywhere and the road noise from the interstate was extremely loud. We all still enjoyed our stay there though.

Absolutely wonderful!

This house, which was truly five minutes from First Monday Trade Days, was wonderful. All the beds were very comfortable. Ear plugs were included bc of proximity to the highway but were not necessary for us. We didn’t use the kitchen much so I can’t give a rating there but the little back patio had the most comfortable chairs for relaxing. We hope to go again soon! Thanks, Kandice, for sharing your house with us.

Convenient to Canton

Enjoyed the quiet getaway from then hustle and bustle of Canton proper. Great access to I20 and 64 - 5 minutes and you are down in Trade Days; Very enjoyable, great wifi, and kiddo enjoyed the roku tvs :)

Van Zandt County Trader Days Visit

This is a very nice property. Nice roomy three bedroom model home. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was great for visiting with friends. The bedding was nice and we had plenty of linens. The property owner answered every question I had and went above in providing instructions, as I did not have access to my VRBO login with me. The downside to this property is that is located less then 200 yards from Interstate 20. There was a beautiful little patio in the back of the house but the noise from semi trucks and cars speeding by created an environment where setting outside was impossible. The three of us struggled sleeping with any consistency. The owner had provided ear plugs but it was very hard to sleep. The front bedroom was exposed more and little to no sleep was had. Noise, loud and lots of it is the determent to this cute model home. Perfect location, nice place but the noise will eliminate this property for the next visit.

Nice house, bad location

We enjoyed the house. Lots of room for 6 people. The location was a total bummer. The description mentions the house is "off I-20". It is RIGHT OFF the highway. As in next to the feeder road. The traffic noise was over the top and never really let up. There is a lovely porch off the back with a table and chairs set up. We could not sit outside due to the traffic noise. Ear plugs were provided in each bedroom so at least there was that. Otherwise, this was a nice place to stay.

Fantastic house!

We had to evacuate for hurricane Laura. The property owner was so very helpful. We originally looked at another property, but it was booked, so she referred us to this one. I am so thankful. The house was absolutely amazing and it was close to places to eat as well as close to Canton Trade Days, although we were not there for that. If you want a clean, beautiful place to stay, this is it. It had three wonderful bedrooms, two full bathrooms, livingroom, dining, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and relaxing back patio. Every room had a smart tv with Roku, Netflix, Sling and so on. I could live in that house! It was close to the highway, but it really did not matter to us. We were there to get away from a storm; however, if we go back for Canton Trade Days, I will definitely book that house. Beautiful, beautiful!!
