We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken toaster and the oversight with the pan left in the oven, this does not reflect our usual standards of cleanliness and preparation. Regarding the kitchen, we do provide the basic essentials, and we’re not sure how our team missed those items during preparation, but we have now restocked everything that was needed. We also understand your frustration with the TV, and we’ve upgraded it to a new smart TV to make it much easier to use. We do want to clarify that we were first notified of the bed issue approximately 24 hours after your checkout. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have taken immediate action to resolve it as quickly as possible and ensure your comfort. Regarding the charges, we aim to be fully transparent in our listing. We only charge a nightly rate and a cleaning fee. The $35 parking fee is set and collected directly by the building’s HOA at check-in, and this is disclosed in the listing prior to booking. We have no control over what VRBO charges besides our set fees, and this is all disclosed before completing the booking process. We also want to assure you that we did respond with care and appreciation for your feedback, as we genuinely value guest input and use it to improve. That said, we regret that your experience did not meet expectations and will continue working with our team to prevent issues like this moving forward.
