Heritage stone house Villa Cicibella

Villa is located in the old part of Sutivan, which is historical and very quiet neighborhood. It has been in the family for 4 generations. Built in 1978 and fully renovated during 2017-2020. House is two-storey and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace, summer kitchen with barbecue, garden patio, small indoor gym which can be also used as media room, closed barbecue house, heated pool, pool lounge, garage.

Rooms have king size bed, one bathroom has shower and other has spacious bathtub. Kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, ice machine.

Whole house is made from local stone, and every part of the house was carefully selected by the family. We spent a lot of time picking the right materials and trying to do something unique and different, at the same time comfortable.

From the house everything is easy reachable and within minutes. Beach is 2 minutes away, store 5 min away, market, tourist info, post office, etc.
