Summer House & Garden with Beautiful Views of the Sea, Free Parking

The small summer house was built in 2005 on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. It is located only a 5-minute walk from the beach, from Piran's city center, the supermarket, and the main bus stop.

Note that the house is very small (15 m2) and is essentially just one room, the kitchenette is in the same space as the bed.
Not suitable for more than two people (even if it is a small child).

One parking space is available for free in front of the main house.

The bed is a pull-out couch that comfortably accommodates two people. On top of it is a newly purchased thick comfortable mattress (140x200cm)

The kitchen has a sink, a very small fridge, an electric water kettle, a toaster, and a portable electric stove. The kitchen cabinets are equipped with plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, silverware, and other utensils.
We also provide some cooking essentials (sugar, salt, black pepper, oil).

The bathroom has a toilet, a sink with a mirror, and a small shower with a handheld showerhead.

Fresh towels and bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets, pillowcases) are provided as well as hand soap, dishwashing soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.

There is a small outdoor kitchen with a sink and portable gas stove next to the little house that is for your use only. We have installed a glass roof so it is covered and you can still use it in the chance of rain.

*AIR CONDITIONING*
A small air conditioning device was just installed in 2024.
The walls and roof of the little house have no heat insulation so it would not be energy efficient to have the air conditioner set to very low temperatures.
The temperature is preset to around 24-25 degrees Celsius (about 6 degrees lower than the outside temperature). Guests cannot bring the temperature down to lower levels, but they can turn the air conditioning on and off.

The area on the stone terrace facing the sea and the table under the grapevines at the edge of the garden are both for your use.

The garden is shared with the guests of the two apartments in the main house.
Tables and chairs in the garden and on the terrace are not shared.

Our house is located on top of a cliff overlooking the bay of Piran, and walking downhill/uphill is required to reach the city center. Therefore the accommodation would not be a good fit for guests with severe mobility issues.

*
Because the little house is surrounded by fruit trees and plants, it can also attract mosquitos, especially in the early evening hours. We installed mosquito nets on some of the windows and we provide a mosquito net to hang over the bed.

*INTERNET*
Wireless internet works outside, but inside it depends on the device you are using. The wi-fi signal inside the cabin is very weak (5Mbps on average). Because of this, the accommodation is not suitable for guests who need a fast internet connection for work or guests planning to do video conferences.

* PARKING *
The parking space is narrow, so if you are coming with a car that is wider than average please let us know in advance.
There are grapevines growing above the parking area, so, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parking for tall cars such as vans or large SUVs.

*PETS*
The little house might not be large enough for bigger dogs.
It is also better not to leave any dogs inside the house alone in the summer heat, especially during the day.
We ask guests to clean up their dog's waste in the garden.
There can be other dogs in the garden because all three apartments are pet-friendly.

IMPORTANT: The Piran city tourist tax is not yet included in the price.
The tax has to be collected by all hotels and private apartments at check-in in cash, the price is 3,13€ per adult person per night, 1.56€ for children age 7-17, nothing for children under 7. This tax is already mentioned in the pricing information.
When sending a booking request please confirm in the message that you saw, that the Piran City Tourist Tax has to be paid in addition.
