Welcome to the centrally located White Rose Annex!! The annex & yard were completely renovated in 2018! This is a luxurious and fully equipped studio unit that is 5 min to Hwy 880, within 30 min of all 3 major airports (SFO/OAK/SJC), 5-10 minutes from shopping, dining, movies, & Aqua Adventure Park, 15 min to Facebook & Tesla HQ, 20 min to Levi stadium & 30 min to Stanford, SJ convention center, & O coliseum. Perfect for solo business traveler, couples or small families!
Modern, bright and clean open studio space with enough beds for up to 4, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and in-unit washer and dryer. It has been optimized for the solo business traveler, or couple looking for their next getaway or a small family of 4.
The studio has newer laminate flooring, marble countertops, butcher block island, custom Shaker style cabinets with soft close and glass subway tile backsplash. The unit has a full stove top and oven with microwave and fridge. There is a living room area with a large flat screen TV as well as newly installed air conditioning and heating. We offer high speed internet/WiFi, premium cable TV with hundreds of channels and free on demand movie options. The spacious backyard oasis is shared with main house guests but there is a side patio right off your front door that can serve as your private area. The Jacuzzi hot tub, a Weber propane grill and two fire pit tables are available for use to everyone at the home. The entire perimeter of the property is monitored with security cameras for additional safety.
The sleeping space consists of 4 beds between the bunk bed (1 full size bottom, 1 twin on top), a twin sized trundle bed that pulls out from below the bunk bed and the sofa bed. The entire home is professionally cleaned after every guest.
The home is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood with responsible and quiet neighbors. Please be courteous of our neighbors and keep noise level to a minimum after 10pm. NO MUSIC OR LOUD CONVERSATIONS ON THE BACK OR FRONT PATIO AFTER 10PM! Please also use street parking along the side of our home, in our driveway and in front of our home to not inconvenience our neighbors when possible. DO NOT TRESPASS ON TO THE NEIGHBORS' PROPERTY. We have already had issues with this and will not tolerate disrespect of our neighbors. We are only able to continue hosting guests peacefully with the consent and understanding of our good neighbors.
ABSOLUTELY NO UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/GATHERINGS/EVENTS. You will be asked to immediately vacate the premises, forfeit the remainder of your reservation as well as your refundable damage deposit. Guests visiting tenants are subject to the same house rules as our tenants and are expected to not stay overnight without prior consent by owner. Visitors must be preapproved by homeowner and is expected to vacate the premises by midnight unless otherwise arranged with homeowner. Please be aware that security cameras are actively monitored 24/7 by a team member to verify occupancy and to ensure all house rules are abided by.
As this unit is next door to the main house, all guests on the property are asked to be respectful of the noise level between 10pm-7am and share the backyard space in a responsible and mature manner. NO LOUD MUSIC, NOISES OR CONVERSATIONS IN THE BACK PATIO OR FRONT YARD SPACE BETWEEN 10PM-7AM.
Flexible check in times with your personal door code. Check out times are generally firm at 10AM in order to ensure proper cleaning and turnover for our next guests. This may or may not be flexible. Please inquire if you need additional time to check out. We are readily available by phone or text message any time of day or night.
ANY VEHICLES THAT ARE LEAKING OIL SHOULD NOT PARK IN OUR DRIVEWAY. THESE VEHICLES MUST PARK IN THE STREET. WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL INSTANCES OF OIL STAINS TO THE PAVERS IN OUR DRIVEWAY WHICH ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE. OIL STAINS ON THE PAVERS INCURRED BY ANY MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY OR OF INVITED GUESTS WILL BE A MINIMUM FINE OF $300.
