The entire house will be solely for your use 11/24/2024** Thank you for your review and feedback. On a barrier island near the ocean, it is difficult to keep bicycles from rusting. We do plan on replacing a bike or two. So thank you for that. I'm not sure if there is anything that can be done about the mosquitoes during the humid month of July other than keeping the doors closed as much as possible. With regards to the "dangerous" stairs, there was a photo showing the spiral staircase and noted on the property profile. As an alternate means, there's the upper deck staircase that leads to the front of the house or the back staircase. The request to run a load of wash is typical for all the rental properties out there. It helps the cleaning service do a thorough job without being bogged down with laundry. Lastly, while checkout is at 10 am, I was able to accommodate an early check in time as I always try and do for all my tenants that arrive early by ferry. Lastly, there is no one living downstairs in the main house. There is a separate studio apartment that has its own entrance. Absolutely no shared space where there has never been an issue with the single woman that occupies the apartment.
