The ultimate in beach living with the most magnificent views of Meads Bay Beach, your 3-bedroom Beachfront Penthouse Villa gives you the space and comfort of a villa combined with the 5-star service of a luxury, boutique beach resort. And unlike most villas in Anguilla, it’s right on the beach and everything is modern and new!

The Beachfront Penthouse Villa takes up the entire third/top floor of Building A, directly facing Meads Bay Beach, and features a covered outdoor terrace that expands the entire width of the building with private, Jacuzzi hot tub. Guests love our beachy-chic interiors with Serena & Lily décor and many have actually gone home and purchased the same brand of pillow we have on our beds. Interior: 1793 SQF, Terrace: 529 SQF.

This stunning villa sleeps up to 8 guests in two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with two twin beds – which can convert to a third king – and a queen pull out sofabed. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and full ensuite, spa-like bathroom with double sinks and rain shower (1 king bedroom also has separate soaking tub). There is a hall half bath and your own washer and dryer.

The airy, open-concept great room has floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto the terrace and stunning Meads Bay Beach views and a comfortable living area with flat-screen TV and queen-size sofabed to sleep extra guests.

The chic, fully-equipped kitchen has all the modern conveniences – dishwasher, oven, stovetop, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and all the kitchen gadgets, dishes, pots and pans and utensils you’ll need. Adjacent to the large kitchen island and terrace is a formal dining table and chairs

Outside on the terrace is your private Jacuzzi hot tub, lounge chairs, lounge bed and outdoor dining table and chairs. The ideal combination of indoor and outdoor living.

He's known to surprise guests at the beach with a complimentary homemade spiked popsicle!

Float, swim, play volleyball or bean bags on the beach. Kayaks, paddleboards, banana boats, road bikes and snorkeling equipment can be rented for you.

Stroll down the beach to top West End bars Savi Beach, Leon’s and Sunset Lounge for cocktails and live music or to popular sea-to-table restaurants Straw Hat, Blanchards and Jacala.

Have our concierge arrange a day out on a boat, guided hike, snorkeling or fishing excursion, or lunch at an offshore cay. Golf and tennis are just a 5-minute drive. Our Meads Bay West End location is the perfect jumping off point to explore the island and our concierge can make recommendations and set everything up for you.
