Hi Eric, Thank you very much for leaving a review and we are happy that you enjoyed your stay with Lodgewell. After reviewing the communication, I see that the misunderstanding with the rates is related to how VRBO displays its fees. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to control the format of how VRBO displays rates prior to booking. However, guests have access to these additional fees (cleaning fees, taxes, pet fees, additional guests, etc.), before confirming their reservation and making their payment. For future guests, we recommend reviewing the rates before booking, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We will be happy to help you. Regards, Nico Lodgewell

Hi Melissa, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I truly regret the negative experience you all had at our home as it is our intention to make sure all of our guests lodge well during their time with us. That being said, I did want to let you know that we have taken your feedback and have had our maintenance team tackle the issues you mentioned. For any future guests - please feel free to reach out to us with any issues you may encounter during your stay. There is so much we can do and are willing to do to ensure you lodge well!
